LINUX OS - Basic Training
LINUX is great for many reasons. Open source coding, community driven and instant updates to applications and software, privacy is next to 100% secure, customization is the best and infinite. Windows or Mac is comparable to an apartment with furniture inside of it already. But LINUX is like creating the blueprints and tools to rebuild the entire house from the ground up.

Ambra Caruso Narcio is a high-level security executive and the Qualifying Agent for A&A Security Services, founder of CTI Security. With a career spanning military service, law enforcement training, and private security since 2016, she currently serves as a Regional Operations Manager for A&A Security Services, overseeing multi-state security operations in VA, TN, NC, SC, and GA with a focus on tactical excellence and regulatory compliance.
Regulatory Authority & Instructional Leadership
As a Certified Instructor through the North Carolina Department of Public Safety (NC DPS), Ambra doesn't just manage security—she defines the standards for it. She is not only a Certified Instructor through the PPSB - but a Licensee as well. Her leadership ensures that every officer under her command is trained to the highest professional standards.
Operational Scale & Military Foundation
Ambra’s ascent was marked by rapid promotion, moving from a Medical Security Captain at UnitedHealth Group in 2016 to managing Corporate Operations with teams of over 50 Armed and Unarmed personnel. In 2018, following her acceptance into the Phoenix Police Academy, she chose to enlist in the Army Reserves. Her service during the COVID-19 pandemic provided a unique perspective on global crisis management. Upon her return, she intentionally worked "from the ground up" in Patrol Operations to ensure her Regional Leadership would be informed by the daily realities of field-level security.
Artistry, Discipline, and Heritage
Before her career in uniform, Ambra was a prolific artist and instrumentalist with over 500 compositions to her name. She was awarded the Key to the City for her work in Art and Environmental Studies and has practiced Isshin-Ryu karate since the age of 8. This foundation of martial discipline and creative vision informs her holistic approach to security.
Philosophy & Culture
A lifelong vegetarian, Ambra’s life is centered on her relationship with the Creator and the intersection of her Indigenous American and Mediterranean cultures. She is a dedicated connector who believes that networking and sharing ideas are the keys to making the world a safer, more unified place.
